This enormous French Chandelier was created for an exhibition in the library of TU Delft. The University organised an exhibition, showing- and giving workshops about modern plastics and its uses. The chandelier consists of 25.000 cable-ties, painstakingly careful zipped together into one giant lighting object. Currently the French Chandelier is part of the collection of Spazio Rossana Orlandi.

Presentation of 10 graduates from DAE during the Salone del mobile. Improvised with found street-material and produced for an exhibition within 3 weeks. We’ve welcomed visitors with food, drink and atmosphere.

This table by OOOMS is not made to fly, but certainly looks like it can.
The framework of this lightweight table is inspired by the LCM Plywood lounge chair from the Eames couple.

When seeing this table the strange urge emerges of smashing it in two parts. The holes in the table refer to the edges of stamps and other perforated papers.

How come artificial plants don’t bloom?
OOOMS designed a series of artificial plants which don’t look real, but they really bloom!
This surprising plant needs special treatment every day. Pour water in the pot and within 7 days the leaves will unfold, showing us the bright colours within.

Just spray water on the surface of the plant and it will release its arms and grow three times its size.

When looking at the ceiling for a lamp that will be switched on by this light pull, you can look at long as you like, but you won’t find any.
This light pull is actually also the lamp; when pulling the cord, the ring at the end will light up.
